Total Logistic Services (M) Sdn. Bhd. was established in 1993 and commenced operations in 1994. Being backed by Toyota Tsusho Malaysia and Fujitrans Corporation, TLS started life as a forwarding company processing container shipment from Port Klang. From this TLS expanded its business portfolio to offering warehousing & transportation services. To date, TLS has 7 branches in Selangor catering to different customers and business types.

Our members are committed in consulting with matters that arise in
logistic management systems. Consultation will cover from problem
identifying, analysis, countermeasure and monitoring the result.
We will give the best solution in order to fulfill the requirements of
the customer.

Planning constructed on the 4M criteria. This concept will carefully
determine the necessary criteria that should be in place in order to
get optimum result. Criteria that will be measure are Man, Machine,
Method and Material. This criteria will be use to obtain a system
that meets customer expectation & needs.

Simulations (test run) of the planned logistic system will be done
repeatedly to ensure any issues and problems will be addressed
and solved before full implementation.

Total Implementation of the logistic system that has been planned
and finalized, it will be monitored using the same techniques that
is used in the planning process. 4M will be monitored in order to
ensure that the system will give the best results for our customers.

After implementation of the logistic system, kaizen will take place
to further improve the logistic management system to cater any
changes or to further increase efficiency. Issues or problems that
arise will be analyzed & countered with the best solution for customers.
Kaizen is a highly important activity that should be used in order to
